FASCIA is an Architecture and Interior Design office founded in Maida Vale, London in 2021. We also have an office in Limerick, Ireland. The studio was founded after a decade of experience practicing architecture in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland. The practice is committed to the design and delivery of a well crafted and timeless architecture. Our work is developed through a close reading of our clients’ briefing aspirations, the site context, and a thorough analysis of the technical and economic constraints of the project from the early stages.

While we are specialists in the design of bespoke residential work, our extensive experience across the commercial, arts/public and institutional sectors enables the practice to be diverse in its ability to tackle multiple building types and scales. We are particularly adept at dealing with complex sites, be they in the city or country. We pride ourselves in creating new value for our clients out of what are sometimes quite restricted or compromised conditions. Our extensive experience of working within existing buildings in particular, enables us to identify the potential and problems of building projects from the inception.

Our work is actualised through a rigorous and finessed approach to detailing, with close attention being paid to materials and product specification. As pragmatists, we believe that a distinguished and responsible architecture can emerge through research and collaboration; not just with other consultants and professionals, but with manufacturers, fabricators and specialist contractors.

At the same time, and particularly through our focus on homes, we also recognise the importance of beauty and comfort in the lives of our clients. We strive to deliver specific spaces which are personable, highly usable and lasting. Joinery, finishes, lighting and soft furnishings are as critical to our endeavour as the building’s form, structure and envelope, be it in a private or public context.
