As architects we strive to assist our clients in assessing the value potential of a given development, and in highlighting the inherent risks involved in such development, from the onset.
We are particularly experienced in assisting clients in assessing new development potential in remodelling or transforming existing buildings, where the heritage value can be great, but where developmental risk is higher. On such projects in particular we tend to recommend a detailed technical appraisal be compiled in the first stage of the project in order to ascertain viability.

We can offer an integrated architecture and structural engineering service on all projects from inception. This means that the project has structural assessment and input from the earliest stages. It also means that our clients have to appoint only one consultant company rather than two to carry out the same brief. We are experienced project managers across all aspects of a project’s development, particularly in the pre-planning stage. We are experienced at commissioning surveys, sourcing and appointing other consultants, contractor’s and specialists on behalf of our clients on all project scales. We take seriously the traditional responsibilities of the architect as ‘master builder’ engaged in all aspects of the design and construction. At the same time we are acutely aware of the importance of collaboration in the construction industry and of the ever increasing role of specialists. We take a pragmatic and strategic approach toward ensuring that the necessary processes are in place to deliver the required level of specification on behalf of our clients.
